No Cell Phone in Court? Banned in Brockton, MA

It was posted today that the Brockton courts (listed below) will ban the use of a cell phone in court for parties, effective December 1, 2014. All parties should plan ahead and leave their cell phones in their vehicles or at home. You will not be allowed to enter the court with the device or use your cell phone in court. The only exemptions include employees, law enforcement, attorneys and jurors.
